Try your skill at diagnosing the condition based on a photograph and a brief clinical scenario. Immediately find out if you answered correctly, and then read the accompanying discussion, which provides pertinent clinical features of the condition, differential diagnosis considerations, and why the other plausible answer choices are incorrect. AFP is a publication of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Great app!
I hope AAFP continues to add apps like this for on the go providers. Easy to navigate and pick up some pearls. Id like to see an app created out of the Quizzes from AAFP Journal for CME credit.
Too Obscure for Practical Use
I downloaded this app, hoping it would help me prepare for boards, but the cases are too obscure and don’t have enough detail in the case presentation to make a diagnosis. The discussion parts are quite good, however. The app still has some bugs, e.g. when it asks the question, “Based on the patient’s history and physcial exam…” it is hidden on top of an unrelated photoquiz picture. Can’t go back and look at the picture again after/during reading the discussion, which is annoying.
